I am new to putting in numbers for rental houses. Would people be able to help me with what numbers to use for properties in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia?

Correct, I did the numbers on my own and tried to link the pdf for people to review it to help with any areas that I may have wrong. If the link didn't come through, let me know!

I've done around 100 properties with the calculators; just checking to see if I was doing anything wrong.
