Looking to buy an Apt complex in Central Texas area

I am looking to start investing in Apartment complexes. I have quite a bit of capital of my own available and also have an equity partner that is interested. I am looking for a realtor that could help identify some opportunities in the area. Any recommendations are appreciated. I am interested in properties anywhere between Austin and the Temple area. Thanks in advance!

I think if you're serious about this, you should talk with a commercial broker, but do your homework first and bring documentation. Based on this post, it kind of sounds like you're not ready yet. Do some basic research and make sure to bring financial documents that show that you can comfortably swing a million dollars and six months of payments and I think you'll find you get better responses.
