Property Manager Wannabe
I know even mentioning this will attract criticism but I enjoy managing and maintaining my rental homes and I would like to offer my services to other investors - ie property manager and handyman. We just had the Paradise fire nearby so the need could not be greater. I assume I will need a realtors license to manage and can only do up to $500 of handyman work (CA). Any other advice as I consider these avenues?
