Multifamily Joint venture deals
I am a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. I have always done all my developments myself with family. I have a couple bigger deals now and am looking to JV. What are typical structures for these deals? What should I be looking for? any feedback would be appreciated. I am looking for a win win.
