Large apartment building management

I’m looking at starting a career in property management and am seeking advice on large apartment building management. A top 50 investment company has a few positions open (Regional Manager, Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager) to which I’ll be applying. I have no experience with large multi family apartments but I do with small and single family. (1-4 plex, 6 single family) My wife and I have done all the leasing and 90% of the rehab and maintenance ourselves.

Where can I go for more information on managing large multi family properties? What books or podcast do you recommend? Thank you!

Ryan,

You can get lots of info including books, courses and other resources from national and state property management associations. Google multifamily or apartment management associations and they pop up.
