Investment opportunity - 11 properties
I'm new to all this but I found a group of good condition properties that the seller wants to sell as a package. It consists of 4 duplex, 1 triplex, and 4 single family homes. The package is less than a million dollars.
I don't have the money for all this but was wondering if an investor maybe interested in helping out.
