How find multiunit property owners

Hello community, is there a way to create or find a list of 4-plexes owners in your area? I looking to reach out to landlords that own small multiunit properties that I can market to. Any tips will be so welcome.

    County website is the best. You can hire a VA on Upwork and pay them a few hundred dollars to compile a list.

    Another method that I've used is to have my real estate agent pull the list for my off he MLS (but that was after building a relationship for a few years and closing on 13 units with her).

    There are also lists you can create and purchase with services like ListSource or CoStar.
