Wondering about the prosperity of a geographic area? I stumbled across this report by the Brookings Institution called the Hamilton Project (just key it into a browser-links seem to be frowned upon by mgmt?). Quite up to date and informative breakdown by income, vacancy, progress etc. Released in September 2018; check it out! All the best.
