Can I add construction loan calculations to BRRR calculator?
I'm trying to calculate the numbers for a BRRR multifamily but I can't quite figure out how to build in the construction loan. Does anyone have any tips or hacks for this? My investment strategy has 80% construction loan built into it but I would like to have that be reflected in my calculations for potential investors. Thank you guys in advance... I'll be sure to share anything I'm working on as it progresses.
