@Lee Falkenhagen If you are referring to residential multi (2-4 units), then in additional to the ones mentioned, you should go to local REI networking events and connect with wholesalers to get on their DLs. Also, you can start your own direct marketing campaigns by purchasing the owners lists through such companies as MelissaData and etc.
