Rapid City, SD realtor/broker referral?
Hi. My husband and I have just started researching investing in multifamily properties. We cannot afford to invest in our area (Southern California) so we are planning to look OOS. Since we already have a trip planned to Rapid City, SD, we started looking at potentially investing there. Prices seem reasonable, but since we dont know much about the area, we'd like to talk to a realtor/broker or two while we are there and build relationships. Does anyone have recommendations? TIA!
