Bigger Pockets!  I need an experience Apartment Guru to help me sort through a package of apartments and the numbers.  Most of these would be value-add situations and Section 8 but would transition into more traditional.  They are all operating very poorly but I think a few of them have potential.  Please let me know if anyone can help me with this.  I would like to see your deal portfolio(just framework) to make sure I am dealing with the right person and would split/partner with anyone who can help.  Thank you and hope to hear fro you pro's soon!

I am not sure how many apartments these guys have in their portfolios but they are very good at underwriting and I think they may be a good fit.
