How do I get tased seriously at 18?

I plan to get into multifamily investing by starting out with house hacking and a couple 2-4 units in order to build a track record. Within the next few years I want to use private lenders, local banks, and money I save from commissions (currently a licensed agent) to buy B to C class apartment buildings. I'm very mature for my age, I have learned a lot and will continue to learn, and I am (obviously) incredibly ambitious. However, I am still very young. How do I get over the hurdle of convincing investors to take me seriously with their money? Thank you in advance.
