Service for Laundry Machines

Hello, I am in contract on a 4-plex that is a 2.2x property. I am looking to figure out a place to install a washer and dryer. I have decided I want to go with something credit card operated and I would like to use a company that provides them as a service and does profit sharing. I found a 5 year old post on BP that was helpful, but wondering who else is doing this for laundry? Who are you using? Do you recommend them? What is your profit sharing like?

Thanks,

Darel

We have a laundry room in a 12 unit that kicks out about 200.00 every month. It is coin operated so we empty monthly. The vendors are not interested in taking over the service for just our two machines-and that's OK. It is pretty trouble free and a great ROI.
