DO NOT GIVE UP DONT GET DISCOURAGED!!!!!!! Every since I've joined bigger pockets I have learned something. Long story short I went to a local rei meeting and a deal fell in my lap. The deal was so sweet I posted on here to see if it was legit. Come to find out it was a seller financing deal and a damn good one. The seller owned the property no bank involved. The seller wrote up a contract and we've been doing business every since. I have been blessed there are still good people in this world. God Bless
