Just wondering: Would would make this a great deal. I know this is a very vague question. However, I feel like this can be a great opportunity given the right circumstances and guidance. I'm obviously a newbie. How can someone like me take the proper steps in regard to inquiry and action? Aside from doing my due-dillegence in regard to the market rents, etc...
