Can anyone please refer me to a previous discussion, or provide some tips on locating owners of multi-family properties. I am ready to make the jump from duplexes and quads to larger properties, and I would like to start building relationships with some of these individuals as I move forward. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

CoStar is the elephant in the room. ProspectNow is another option.
