Do you get apartment building deals from who? Brokers? and how do you get them to send you those deals?

Well, since you asked. Sure, I think and utilize the other Greek’s teachings more in the course of a solo jobsite workday…that being Archimedes. The other Greek, Aristotle, may not get out to the jobsite as often, but, nonetheless, his teachings are evident in many interactions in our lives. He made the observation people act/react out of two very basic emotions…fear or love.

Syndicate…REIT? I think the old Greek would say fear is the emotion that would compel someone to invest in either. an innate feeling of survivalism from joining the herd or flock.

There is another Greek name Narcissus who fell in love with his own image in a pool of water.  Too much my way or the highway dialogue on BP.

Ask the syndicators on BP and you will find that their passive investors are far from fearful.  They just have different goals and opportunities than you.
