Good afternoon and I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful sunny SWFL day.  Can anyone recommend individuals or a team comprised of realtors, general contractors, and property managers whom are investor savvy that deal in Cape Coral Florida? We're looking for assistance on a specific property in this area to invest in. Your  recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
