We have a 200 unit property in the Houston area we are looking to take down. We are seeking a great 3rd party management company to run this property for us. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of implementing value add strategies in properties of this size. Thanks

Q10 Property Advisors. They are awesome. I’ve used them for years and we’ve been finalists for property of the year and they were just voted as best company to work for. Good group of folks.
