I'm not fully understanding this term. Does this mean the property may only be sold to individuals who are principles of the LLC. As in general partners vs limited partners?

@Logan Turner been there, done that.  BP is a great place to ask the stupid questions, so you don't come across as a newbie in front of a seller or broker.  For the most part you won't be judged here.  We were all there once.
