Historical Cap Rates

Hello BP!

Does anyone know an online source where I can go to look at what Cap Rates were at years ago in different markets? For example I would like to see the Cap rates in a certain sub-market in Dallas from 2010. Any idea how I can pull up this info? Ideally I'd like to be able to see things like rent/sqft, GRM's etc...But right now I am just looking for a way to find what Cap rates were any number of years ago for a given market...

Thanks in advance for any info!
