Current DFW Multifamily CAP Rates

Hello BP,

Outside of calling a local broker, what sources are useful in determining the current multifamily CAP rate for class B/C properties in the DFW metroplex?

Thanks, in advance, for your help,

Todd

@Todd Keith considering the fact that DFW metro is the size of the state of Connecticut,  you really need to zoom in on a sub market.

Garland/Arlington/FW can be a full 2% different from Plano/Frisco/Allen for comparable properties...
