What city just shot up 10 notches to top Multi Fam 2017 forecast?

(Marcus & Millichap’s 2017 U.S. Multifamily Investment Forecast)

"Los Angeles is now the top city in Marcus & Millichap’s National Multifamily Index (NMI), moving up 11 spots from a year earlier (see below). The move was fueled by a forecast for further tightening in vacancy and minimal supply growth."

Many were saying LA was done 2012,13,14,15,16 and yes 2017. Perhaps it is time to listen to the experts instead.

Good luck!

well, LA was awesome in 2002, 03, 04, 05 and yes 2006 as well..

No one has a crystal ball but it doesn't mean you shouldn't invest in hot markets. It just means you need to invest wisely and not blindly.

Hope is not a strategy!
