Answering Service Recommendation

Searching BP, I find a number of posts about answering services, but all of the posts seem to be geared toward wholesalers, not multi family providers. The service we currently use has gone from mediocre to terrible, and we need a replacement. They answer after-hours calls, follow a simple decision matrix, and determine if the request meets our criteria for emergency service. Then they contact the appropriate on-call personnel, or relay it to office staff for follow up on the next business day. Can someone suggest a competent company that provides reliable service? Thanks!
