Multi-Family Direct Mail Lists

Hi BP,

I've had some success with direct mail, and want to begin to build relationships and brand familiarity with small multi family owners in Lake County Indiana through direct mail as well. My target property range is 5-50 units.

Long and short, when I generate my list in ListSource, it does not appear to provide accurate data for this county. I have seen investors in other threads concur.

Anybody have experience acquiring bulk owner data records for multi family properties?

Let's discuss!
