Phoenix Multi Family
Hello,
I'm just starting to research the Phoenix Multi-Family market. What areas within Phoenix or the surrounding sub markets would people recommend? I guess I'm just trying to figure out where are the best neighborhoods for rental property and what neighborhoods to avoid? Any local insight or advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

Burned out landlords in Phoenix, maybe, willing to sell at 50% off, no way. Phoenix MFH market is at its peak, any half-way decent MFH deal that hits the market is gone in days. Phoenix is the mecca of real estate investing, the competition here is extreme, everyone knows that, or at least almost everyone knows it. Good luck trying to find a landlord willing to take 50% off their Phoenix MFH. Sorry Diane G., but your advice is way off.
