Looking for a checklist when doing DD at apartments

Hi All,

I'm looking for a checklist kind of document that I can hand someone and have them walk every single unit in an apartment and check off a list of things. 

I'm thinking 1 page for each unit and it should include things like inventory of appliances and things that should be there like kitchen sink and all cabinets, bathroom sink, toilet and appropriate faucets, condition of carpet, paint. 

Does something like this exist and if so can you share it with me? 

I've been searching around BP and the web and haven't found one yet. I'm pretty sure they're out there but I'm probably using the wrong search terms.
