Looking to Buy My First Multi Family Property

Hey BP,

I am currently in the market to purchase my first multi unit investment and was hoping to network with some local investors in my area.  I currently am in the Greater Philadelphia region and am specifically looking to invest within 10-20 miles of where I am in Chester County, Pa.  If there is anyone located in my area feel free to PM me anytime.  I would love to buy you dinner!!!

Look for a local real estate investment group in your area - that's a good place to find partners.  We have several here in NY, and we are always putting together deals.  Good luck!
