Hello BP!!

I was wondering if anyone knew any successful and credible parties who specialize in raising investor funds for apartment complex acquisitions? I have heard of firms who will organize small investment groups to sponsor multi-million dollar real estate acquisitions. Thanks

What about the 120+ real estate crowdfunding sites? Don't they do this exact thing: Aggregate investors into one group and provide that group to the sponsor?
