DC investor looking for syndicated deal

I am a D.C. based investor who currently lends money to a house flipper. Looking to expand beyond that into investing in syndicated deals; however, I am currently not an accredited investor. I know most deals are limited to accredited investors only, but hoping someone out in the BP forums has some ideas. Thanks.

@Jake Crandlemire In addition to what Marc C. mentioned there are funds (really eReits) that have been opened with both RealthyShares and Fundrise that are opened to non-accredited investors. These are what are called blind investments, as the properties are purchased after funds raised - ie: you don't normally know what exactly you are investing. As a non-accredited investor myself I have made another kind of CF investment in portfolios of 10 SFR at a time that I co-own with managers, and I know exactly which homes they are before I make the investment.
