Hi Terrell, I tried that platform but it wasn't effective for me personally. I recommend Airbnb and you can promote your location near Beth Israel in the title of your listing. "2BR Apt 7 min walk to Beth Israel" and you should see some good action. What kind of property do you have @Terrell Garrett

Hello BiggerPockets family! I was wondering if anyone has private money loan agreements that are specific to New Jersey or that can be tailored to a specific state? I am making an arrangement with a family member to loan $25K for a basement remodel in Essex County and want to make sure we do everything by the book. Thank you

Purchase price: $275,000
Cash invested: $3,000

Purchased my second single family property with a military credit union loan for short term rentals and making around $2,000 in cash flow per month. Now looking for more single and multifamily properties in Newark, NJ for short term and long term rentals. Also interested in master leasing for short leases.

Looking for affordable multifamily located anywhere in the U.S. Preferably over 60 units, and larger the complex or portfolio the better. HAP / Project based section 8

I am looking for attorneys in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) who own commercial real estate themselves. Interested in connecting on some upcoming multifamily purchases.
