Looking for a Long Distance Team

To those interested in getting involved.

My name is Brian Hester and I live out in the Orange County area of California. My partner Mark and I are looking to start moving our property purchasing to the Fort Worth area and we would like to form some partnerships to do this. We are fully funded and ready to get started after the first of the new year.

We currently have a plan to start small and go big. We are looking to put together a team that we can work through from a distance while purchasing these properties.

We are looking to purchase high cash flowing multi-unit buildings (4-10 units to start) and are looking for an investment property broker in the area for several buys we plan on doing in the coming months. Although we have done a lot of research on the area we are looking for someone who knows specific neighborhoods with “C to B” ratings (we are not really looking for areas lower than a “C” rating but if the area is decent and change is happening there then we would be willing to check it out). Once we retain a couple of properties and have a good Management Company in place along with a good distance team we are going to start retaining larger buildings with 24-50 units. We have capital to fund many of these deals but would be looking to finance as much as possible to keep things liquid, so paying cash for a property (if needed) is an option with a refinance at a later date.

The team will consist of a good Property Manager, Wholesaler, Investor Agent, Contractor, Broker, and Legal.

We are looking for those in the area that can give us good advice on neighborhoods and direction with things going on in these areas. We will be making a trip out to the area to meet with whoever may have an interest at the end of the year.

If you are in the area and looking to get involved with us once we start please let me know. We are looking for dependable people which I know from experience investing here in California is hard to come by.  Please respond with some contact info as well so we can Text more details on exactly what we are looking for.

Thx

Brian
