What does a commercial loan look like?
Anyone care to share a recent transaction they were a part of on a 5+ unit multi. 10% down....25% down? How much reserves were required? Re course? non recourse?

20-30 down,20-35 year am. 3,5,7,10 year balloon. Recourse under 3 mil loan. Reserves 250-1000.
Sorry about the broad range but 5+ is as big of a range as you can get.
