Financing a Duplex
I'm new to REI. I live in San Antonio, TX. Real estate is relatively cheap compared to the rest of the country. Does a duplex fall under conventional residential lending? Are the down payments and interest rates higher? I know not occupying the property raises rates and excludes FHA loans. Thanks
