CA Lenders that Fund LLCs with Personal Guarentees

Does anyone know of a few California based lenders that will issue a mortgage to an multi-member LLC with a personal guarantee from one of the members?

The only feedback that I receive is from hard money lenders and there must be better alternatives out there than paying 8-12% interest.

@Bobby Larsen  this is virtually how every commercial bank does loans.. @Account Closed John most commercial banks and or lenders are not lend to individuals they lend to LLC or corps and then get anyone with a 20% or more interest in said company to PG.. and they underwrite those members financials which include tax returns PFS and credit.

Bobby California is awash with money and lenders..

I was in a meeting today and one name came up for 7.5 % two year bridge money at 1 points and that was Civic.

also lending home and many others.. hit some of the California mortgage brokers.. guys from the other parts of the country are not going to give you any actionable intel...
