Who actively is invested in Apartments in Indianapolis? Or who has some knowledge on the multi units there? Im currently investing in SFR in Indy and want to step up my game to the bigger properties. Im looking for any insight I can get. Im just looking for some 1st hand knowledge that I can learn.
