Have money to start , Want to do it right

so currently I have a good amount of cash saved up and want to invest at the moment. I have close to 60k so I am almost certain I can start and do something with this money. I plan on doing most of my own rehabbing as I Do tile and remodel bathrooms and kitchens on the daily and have my own crew. Those with experience in wholesale and finding properties Can help please holler. I plan on investing in the central Florida area. Possibly would move in to my first investment.
