What to charge for multifamily wholesale deal.

Need your help. I am co wholesailng a deal and i want to know how much should i charge for a assignment fee. The deal is in the millions. Ive never done a deal with this much money involved. its off market all cash.

 You need to put yourself in the shoes of your customers.  If you know what numbers work for your customers then you'll be able to determine your assignment fee.
