Hello BP multi community. Need some advice on a one off sort of niche. My husband and I decided to invest in a shore home. He wants it for our family (single family) BUT, my investor brain never shuts down so I'm chomping at the bit to purchase multi unit property in the same price range (we found several of both options). Any advice from current vacation home landlords/owners???
