How to guess what utilities will be on a 12 unit???
Is there a rule of thumb for determining what the utilities will cost on MF? I'm looking at a 12 unit but don't know what the utilities are going to cost yet. It's 8 2 bedroom and 4 1 bedroom, all the units are 1 bathroom.
Thanks for any input.

Absolutely no guessing! Bad bad idea. Where are the units? What type of utility for what purpose? What type of heat, type of water heater, is there ac? Square footage? Is there only one meter? Does the owner pay water/sewer/trash? What docs are available from the the seller/agent? Is there laundry on the property, what type of dryers? Typical household size?
Like I said, no guessing.
