Hi all,

I have not purchased an investment property yet and rather new to the site. Has anyone invested in Paterson, Irvington or other Northern NJ areas? Looking for a good market that still has a lot of potential and value. Your help is very appreciated.  I am looking into 8-9 units.

Purchase extremely cheap rental properties in Irvington, clean it up and rent to Section 8 or TRA tenants for guaranteed payment. Also have management company in place to handle the BS
