Off market Multi family sourcing
Hello BP community!
Does anyone have any suggestions for sourcing off market multi family properties? I find the listings through Loopnet and others few and far between. Do I subscribe to a "list" service?
Thanks for the help.

You should see if there is a land lord association in your area. Most of the landlords in my county sell to each other off market. Not to mention they will usually hold the mortgage and will ask for low money down!
