Hello BP community!

Does anyone have any suggestions for sourcing off market multi family properties? I find the listings through Loopnet and others few and far between.  Do I subscribe to a "list" service?

Thanks for the input! So far I have only made MLS offers, but I am convinced that is not my path. There is just too much competition in Seattle as I am sure you know, and I am desperate to find alternate resources.

As for groups, REI or REAPS? Or nothing?

Hello to all! I have been hovering for quite a while on the BP site and figured it was finally time to get involved. I have experience in real estate (mainly fix and flip and a few buy and hold rentals) but am now looking to make this my full time career. 

Anyone know of any meetings in the area?
