Finding Investors who want to earn 20-30% returns on their money

Hello,

I want to learn where to locate investors for projects, such as the purchase of buy and hold apartment complexes or storage unit facilities. Can you please guide me in the right direction? Are there books, or specific places to meet these types of investors.

Thanks for your assistance.

I glanced at your profile and noticed that you say

"I belong to a group of investors that specialize in purchasing apartment buildings of 200+ units.

and

I am currently seeking coaching students and investors who would like to increase their profits 10-30% and take their investments to the next level."

So I'm a little confused as to whether you are asking for advice or looking for customers. If you are in fact looking for customers then you should become a paid member and post in the "marketplace" (the only place on BP where solicitations are allowed)

If you are looking for advice, use the search bar (above right) and look up any of those terms Jon mentioned; you'll find a wealth of reading material

good luck!
