What's the busiest day of the week and month for large property manager

What is typcially the busiest day of the week and of the month for onsite large multifamily property manager.

I'm guessing early in the month 2nd-3rd when rent checks are coming in or starting to deal with collections.

Maybe Mondays to start dealing with weekend applications, tours, leases?

Just want to stay out of their way and let them get their work done on their most stressful days.

Mondays are the busiest days of the week due to all of the messages and maintenance requests that come in over the weekend. The first week of the month is the busiest week because of the rent collections and there is a lot of communication from tenants that are going to be late.

The busiest is a day like tomorrow, the 1st fell on the weekend, so, it will be extra busy

Weekday: Mondays

Day of Month: end of month dealing with MoveOuts.
-We've pretty much automated our early month rent collections efforts, so we have a spike in activity mid-month when we have to decide to send eviction notices to attorneys for court dates.

The first and last week of each month are the busiest.

If you're talking about a 250 unit+ deal, busiest will always be the first day/week of the month.  So far as actual days of the week, Mondays can be busy with regular operational items, weekly reports, weekend follow-up, etc but generally speaking Friday is much busier than Monday because teams are getting ready for weekend move-ins and more people come to see apartments Friday/Saturday than any other day of the week.  I have several properties now that the office is closed on Monday or Wednesday during the week as an 'office day' .

Depending on when the property is closing out their accounting month, that would be a busy day also.  Most of my deals close out around 25th of the month for accounting/reporting.

The busiest day is the day you expect it to be quiet! But seriously, 1st of the month +/- 2 days.
