What to Say on Direct Mail to Cash Buyers?

I just got a list of Apartment Complex owners who've bought within the last year. I'm going to send out some direct mail to these owners to see if they're interested in buying more properties, so I can put them on my buyer's list. What should I say on my direct mail piece? Any assistance is much appreciated!
