Hey, I am a new wholesaler in the RDU area and I'm looking for agents to work with as I like looking for deals direct to agents. If any agents are interested, please reach out to me so we can work together and get some deals closed. I hope to work with you y'all soon.

@Evan Polaski, so I am going to house hack and make the vacant unit(s) an STR/MTR. Also, the area I was looking at was Pendleton but thanks you for your insight on the rest of the areas down there. If you don't mind, I would like to talk to you more about the area when you get a chance.

@Colin Ushkowitz- This is just me thinking out loud, but wouldn't the new development and high-rise apartments have a much higher rent leaving a lane for 1-4 units especially since apartments don't typically allow STR/MTR or am I looking at it wrong?

Hello, I am new to the real estate journey, and I was wondering how the market for downtown Cininnati looks for STR and MTR? I live out of state, but I feel like there would be a great start for me there.

Hello, my name is Nick and I am trying to get started with my real estate journey! I feel like that I have a great idea on how to start and what to do once I do get started but, I would like to ask someone in the Philadelphia market some questions because I do not live there but I plan on moving there to start my journey.

For starters though I would just like to know why are so many multifamily houses on market for so long and why is no one wanting to buy them?
