Which conference or platform was the best for information on construction lenders and contractors? I am doing my 1st ground up construction of a 25 unit and would like to get more information on how to go about it as well as as develop contacts.

The goal is to get answers on what is the best process for purchasing materials, best practices things to avoid, how to write a construction contract etc

Please feel free to share your knowledge and wisdom.

that's awesome Rita! is your project in phoenix? I'd be happy to help. 25 units is a little small. one of the strategies we are going for is partnering with dollar for dollar equity match with developers and owners on a JV deal in columbus ohio to reduce risk. I'm a licensed general contractor, agent, licensed demolition contractor, national construction experience and site work and I've been doing estimating for 5+ years and manage a team that has done over 10,000 hard bids nation wide. millions in construction. let me know if I can help answer some questions send over the details on message. I'm in a similar position just a little bit behind you. I can give you some ideas on how to do it if you are the GP on the deal.
