Has anyone used VAs (virtual assistants) for help with managing properties and tenants? If so, has this been effective with improving efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and overall business operations?

I run a PM company.  We are about 50% local and 50% Remote.  Remote Team Members do a great job managing properties and tenants!  There are a number of property management specific companies that help people hire these employees.

I have worked with VAs and it has been very helpful. I'd recommend posting a job on Dynamite Jobs to find VAs..

It's one of the biggest trends in the PMC industry.

Did you know that the national average rate of profits for a PMC is only 10%?

Because property owners are pushing so hard on pricing, many PMCs are outsourcing to improve profits.

Having more than 7 years of outsourcing expertise specifically in property management, I'll try to explain quickly two ways. But the short story is that property management va's are definitely helpful/.
First option is to hire a virtual assistant and train them, not sure if you guys have handbooks for new hires. The VA would need training on ins and outs, policies on your leasing, maintenance and all other items in order to properly handle, communicate with your tenants and prospect tenants. It would take more of your time and efforts when it comes to training.
Second option is to go through a Property Management Virtual Assistants company, they would have trained VA's with supervision and experience. It would save you time and money in training and supervising the VA. Best part is that they would have VA's with different experiences and budget based off how long the VA has been doing property management.
Feel free to DM me if you need any help or if you have plans on scaling using VA's.

Agents help us with operational tasks such as tenant screening & applications, leasing, marketing and listing management, reporting, owner onboarding, phone & email support, maintenance requests, admin support, overnight support, nurturing relationships with realtors and relocation companies, graphic design, bookkeeping, sending owner statements, managing collections, and other back-office tasks.

I have some agents in LATAM (Argentina, Bolivia) that I can make introductions to.
